Shipping & Returns Most items are normally shipped to you within 2 to 3 business days via insured UPS or USPS ground delivery. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select delivery is available upon request at an additional charge. Larger furniture items are shipped via motor freight or are available for pickup at our location. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight and insured value of your order and are calculated at checkout. We want your shopping experience with Laurel Cove Antiques and Collectibles to be convenient, pleasant, productive, and completely stress free! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all purchases; if you are not completely happy with anything you buy from us, simply return it in original condition and packaging within 15 days and we will gladly issue a credit for the purchase price or refund the purchase price less the original shipping and handling costs. If you keep the item more than 15 days or do not return it in the original packaging and condition, a 20% restocking charge will apply. Please contact us for a RMA (return material authorization) number and shipping instructions before returning any orders.
